GlideAbility Skating Schools Canada is a Canadian non-profit skating school offering programs for skaters of all ages, levels, and disciplines.
Our Glider Program supports hockey, figure skating, learn to skate, special needs, and adult skating — designed to build strong foundational skills while keeping skating fun, accessible, and rewarding.
Originally founded as Metro Toronto Skating Academy, GlideAbility has been serving skaters for over 19 years, helping students from around the world develop confidence, skill, and a lifelong love of skating.
Located in the heart of Toronto, our experienced coaching team is here to help every skater reach their potential.

Our Glider Program is designed for skaters of all ages and levels, including beginner skating lessons, recreational skating programs, competitive figure skating development, and hockey skating skills training.
Formerly known as Metro Toronto Skating Academy, GlideAbility has been operating for over 19 years and has supported skaters from around the world in developing skating technique, balance, edge control, coordination, and confidence.
Based in Toronto, GlideAbility Skating Schools Canada provides structured, progressive skating instruction led by experienced coaches who focus on skill development, safety, and enjoyment.
